As part of a new series on the Burkett Humor blog, I'll be giving away "Mother of the Week" and "Father of the Week" awards to deserving parents across the world. This week's award goes to Tina Williams, who chose to safely buckle in her case of beer in the front seat, while her 16-month-old was crawling around freely in the back.
